ONENESS FEST
WHAT TO BRING

Check-In

  • Printout or digital AWAKE FEST registration ticket (Participants and/or Vendors)

  • Photo ID for each adult

  • For more detailed information on check-in and camping gear drop off at the festival; read the Rules & Regulations page

 

Expo: Vendor Village, Healers Row, Classes & Kids Korner

  • Most vendors will accept electronic payment and credit cards; however, it is a good idea to bring cash as well.

  • A bag or purse to collect business cards, pamphlets, and handouts

  • Notepad/pen, for taking notes at the Vendor classes

 

Festival: Workshops & Camps Activities

  • Yoga Mat

  • Water Bottle

  • Comfortable Clothing

  • Hat, sunscreen, sunglasses, umbrella and other Sun protection for your body

  • Folding/camping chair or mat for sitting on the ground during workshops?

  • Food, unless you plan to purchase food at the festival

  • Wristbands will be provided. Please wear at all times to ensure there are no interruptions to your participation in AWAKE FEST.

  • Costumes! WE LOVE COSTUMES!! We celebrate Oneness by celebrating uniqueness. Show us all how unique you really are.

 

Bands/Evening Entertainment

  • Mat / Blanket for lying on the grass

  • Folding chair

  • Bug Spray

  • Food and beverages

  • Recording is permissible, if you would like to bring a phone or camera

 

​Ritual Gear

  • Drums, rattles, bells, and/or other musical instruments

  • Crystals, amulets or other magical items you may wish to have with you

  • A flower, fresh or dried herbs, corn, or other natural offering to give to the Spirits of the Land

  • Lots of Love & Light to share amongst participants

 

​Camping

 

Supplies

  • Tent

  • Lights to light your area of camp

  • White cloth strips or colored tape ties to mark tent ropes for safety

  • Sleeping bag and pillow and/or other bedding

  • Air mattress or pad/blanket to cushion ground sleeping and a tarp to shade your campsite

  • Camp table and chairs for food preparation and dining 

  • Banners and other decorations for your campsite

  • Earphones that silence external speakers if you choose to bring a boom box, tape deck, TV, and/or radio

  • Earplugs to use at night if you are a light sleeper

  • Cushion, mat, or lawn chair(s) to carry to sit on during workshops

  • Flashlight, headlamp and/or lantern, plus extra batteries

  • Drinking water jug or other container for water

 

Food Supplies

  • For more detailed information on food offerings and procedures at the festival; read the Rules & Regulations page

  • Food and beverages, enough for the duration of your stay

  • Food preparation supplies:  cups, bowls, plates, eating utensils, cutting board, cooler, propane cookstove, hot pads, paper towels, napkins, folding table(s), food storage containers, etc…

 

Hygiene Items

  • For more detailed information on bathrooms and showering at the festival; read the Rules & Regulations page

  • Towels and washcloth

  • Wipes/body wipes/paper towels

  • shampoo and soap; toothbrush, toothpaste, and other toiletries

  • Allergy and/or other prescription medicine, if applicable

  • Bucket or dishpan for clean-up

  • Insect / tick repellent

  • Trash bags with twist-ties for your campsite

 

Clothing

  • Sturdy walking shoes & socks

  • Flip Flops

  • Swimsuit for Ice Bath or for showering (outdoor showers)

  • Warm clothing for cool evenings (could get down into the 50s F) and cool clothing for warm days (usually in 70s - 90s F)

  • Rain gear (poncho, boots, umbrella, etc.)

  • Hat, sunscreen, sunglasses, and other Sun protection for your body
